SARK UCS/MVP Flash Operator Panel Implementation

_SARK UCS/MVP _ uses the Flash Operator Panel (FOP) from http://www.asternic.org/. The FOP Panel implementation is entirely automatic.

In all releases, FOP will appear at http//www.yoururl.you/fop after you have installed the SARK UCS/MVP rpm. In releases after -370 you can select fop directly from the manager panel. The FOP entities are generated entirely automatically as you add and remove entities from SARK UCS/MVP itself.
