Unique Context Name:

Description - The context name under which your application will appear in extensions.conf
Permissable values - Any unique contiguous alphameric string.
default - Required.

Description:

Description - Fill out a description for your app.
Permissable values - Any alphameric string.
default - None.

Span:

Description - Drop Down. Defines the span of control for your applcation. This defines what include statements SAIL will generate in extensions for your app.
Permissable values - Internal, External, Both, None.
default - Internal.

Code Box:

Description - Scroll box where you input your extensions statements.
Permissable values - Any valid asterisk extensions statement(s).
default - None.
Note 1 - DO NOT put the context header into the code box. It will be automatically added by SAIL when extensions.conf is generated.
Note 2 - DO NOT use the pipe symbol as a separator, instead use commas.
