About Custom Applications.

Custom Applications (SAIL 2.1.11 and later) allow you to code your own extensions.conf contexts and expose them either to the inbound or local/outbound call streams. They can be used to extend the delivered functionality of SARK UCS/MVP . For example, you may want to create a new pre-set key operation or perhaps carry out some function on behalf of a menu choice, an example might be a particular authorization request or whatever. Once SARK UCS/MVP gives control to your routine, you have complete control to do as you wish without restriction. You may also exercise the selintra AGI, for example to carry out a dial operation so you have automatic access to the selintra in-built functionality such as CFWD processing and Routes.
