Multi-Level IVR Change

Greeting

Description - Dropdown of all greetings on the system.
Permissable values - Any greeting name/number.
default - Required.

Cluster

Description - Which Cluster this IVR menu is a member of.
Permissable values - Any value from the dropdown.
default - default cluster.
Note - This field is essential when an IVR option is either Operator or Voicemail, as it determines which Operator and Voicemail to use, as specified by the cluster operator.

Option 0-9, * or #

Description - Dropdown of all Greetings, Menus, Queues and Custom Apps on the system.
Permissable values - Any from the drop down.
default - None.

Tag 0-9, * or #

Description - Freeform Tag field.
Permissable values - Any valid alphanumeric string.
default - None.
Note - The Tag (sometimes called an "alphatag" will be sent to the phone in the caller-id name field.

Alert-Info 0-9, * or #

Description - Freeform Sip Header field.
Permissable values - Any valid SIP header information.
default - None.
Note - Alert-info strings are phone vendor specific. They are usually used to generate distinctive ring tones, or ting cadences, at the phone. It is the users responsibility to ensure that the correct strings are being sent. Please consult the relevent manual for your handsets.

Timeout

Description - Same as Option but triggered by user inactivity.
Permissable values - Any from the drop down.
default - None.
