SARK UCS/MVP Multi-Level IVR
SARK UCS/MVP Multi Level IVR is where IVR menus are declared.
About Multi-Level IVR
SARK UCS/MVP MLIVR is extremely powerful. IVR nodes are reuseable, and IVR root nodes are based off trunks so you can have as many nodes (and as many different reception streams for your callers) as you have different inbound trunks. Each IVR level consists of up to 12 leaf nodes which can, in turn trigger extensions, queues, custom applications or IVR levels (including recursion). Custom applications can call, and be called by, the IVR mechanism allowing extensive user customzation, including such activities as interactive data base access during the IVR process, perhaps to validate a user or to access customer data.
MLIVR menus consist of two components; a user recorded greeting which details the callers options in this section of the IVR, and a menu which dictates the outcomes of any keypresses which the caller makes.
