SARK UCS/MVP Agent Create

Create Agents.

Asterisk supports the creation and management of agents who service calls held in Queues. An agent is a logical construct. In the SAIL implementation, agents can have up to six queues which they can log in to. Queues are fed by trunks. A queue can be fed by many trunks but a trunk may only feed one queue.

Agents/Queues are only available for release 2.1.10 onwards.

Agent Name

Description - Defines an Agent.
Permissable values - Any valid contiguous alphanumeric string.
default - None.
Note - The name you choose should be unique within the system.

Agent Password

Description - Defines an Agent Password.
Permissable values - 4 numeric.
default - Required.

Queue 1 thru Queue 6

Description - Dropdown of the available queues in the system.
Permissable values - Any queuename from the dropdown.
default - None.
