About Agents.
Asterisk supports the creation and management of agents who service calls held in Queues. An agent is a logical construct. Agents can have up to six queues which they can log in to. Queues are fed by trunks. A queue can be fed by many trunks but a trunk may only feed one queue.
Agents/Queues are only available for release 2.1.10 onwards.
