SARK UCS/MVP Queue

About Queues.

Asterisk supports the creation and management of queues of calls into a pool of "agents". An agent is a logical construct. Agents can log on at any physical extension on the system.

Queues are fed by trunks. A queue can be fed by many trunks but a trunk may only feed one queue.

Queues are only available for release 2.1.10 onwards.
